Do You Offer In-Person Sessions?+
Yes, many patients prefer face-to-face appointments, time & locality allowing. However, to offer flexibility, accessibility, and comfort for clients trying to fit homeopathy into busy lives I also see a large number of patients online & via telephone consultations, especially for patients outside the UK.
How Do I Book An Appointment & Get Started?+
Once you make contact through my website, you’ll hear from me via email & I’ll send some very brief intake paperwork for you to complete in order to register with me. I will also send some appointment options so that we can schedule your first consultation.
Do You Accept Insurance?+
Yes! Your treatment with me is covered by the vast majority (95% +) of healthcare providers. If you have been referred for Homeopathic treatment by one of my clinical colleagues, you are also able to claim your treatment. It’s worth noting, that different providers & schemes may have slightly different levels of cover, so always check with your provider. Patients are typically reimbursed up to 70-80% of treatment costs. An online invoice or receipt (or both) will be provided with each consultation.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?+
I accept payment by cash, cheque & bank transfer. Whichever form of payment you choose, you will be required to pay at the time of your consultation or within 24 hours of receiving your online invoice.
What are Your Consultation Charges?+
An initial consultation is £100. A Follow-up consultation is £75. These prices include your homeopathic remedies.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?+
To ensure I am able to provide timely care for everyone, I request a minimum 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. This policy enables me to offer up appointments for other patients who need urgent care. Clinic is typically booked 4-5 weeks in advance so timely notice of cancellation or rescheduled appointments respect everyones’ time. Missed appointments without notice will incur a 50% of the full consultation charge cancellation fee.
How Long Are Sessions & How Frequent?+
An initial consultation is up to 75 minutes long. This allows for a comprehensive understanding of any medical diagnoses & how longstanding the symptoms are, along with broader background and lifestyle questions. A Follow-up consultation lasts 45 minutes. I typically see patients every 4-5 weeks; the homeopathic prescriptions will easily take you over the time between consultations and allow for an adequate period of observation of your symptoms & any changes therein.
